In a move which replaces the 9000-X oscilloscope range, Keysight Technologies has launched the Infiniium V-Series, said to provide superior measurement accuracy, enhanced analysis tools and advanced probing systems
According to the company, its proprietary indium phosphide technology allows V-Series scopes feature the lowest noise floor, lowest real time jitter floor and highest number of effective bits of comparable devices.
Featuring models with bandwidths ranging from 8GHz to 33GHz, the V-Series offers a 12.5Gbit/s hardware serial trigger with a 160bit sequence. Also featured are 20Gsample/s digital channels, along with high bandwidth probing and voltage termination at the scope input.
