Keysight Technologies has introduced the Pro XG7-class SG6311A PSG Analog Signal Generator — a dual-channel instrument that combines two fully independent 20 GHz sources in a compact 2U chassis. The design increases test capacity without requiring additional rack space while delivering clean stimulus signals for high-performance device characterisation.
