10:292.4 GHz HF switches and power amplifiers
Gleichmann Electronics offers 2.4 GHz HF switches and power amplifiers from NEC Electronics. The devices were designed specially for use in Bluetooth, ZigBee, ISM, wireless USB and WLAN applications and include a dual control switch with dimensions of 1 x 1 x 0.37 mm. The µPG2158T5K can be operated with 1.8 V or 2.7 V supply voltage, whereby the switching power is up to 24 dBm or 29 dBm, dependent on applied voltage. This device is also available as single control switch under the part number µPG2160T5K.
The slightly larger dimensioned, 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.37 mm, power amplifier µPG2250T5N is also ideally suited for 1.8 V applications. Despite the comparatively low current consumption of approximately 100 mA, the device provides an output power of 20 dBm typical. Even less current consumption of 65 mA is required by the 3 V power amplifier µPG2314T5N, which also provides an output power of 20 dBm typical. The portfolio of new 2.4 GHz devices is rounded off with the switch devices µPG2162T5N, µPG212163T5N and µPG2164T5N as well as the power amplifiers µPG2315T5T and µPG2318T5N. All of these devices were designed specially for use in WLAN applications.
