Infineon Technologies has introduced the OPTIREG TLE9744QK, a fully integrated power management IC (PMIC) specifically designed for high-voltage traction inverter electronic control units (ECUs) in electric and hybrid vehicles. The device combines multiple power-supply functions, resolver excitation, and advanced safety features in a single chip, significantly simplifying system design.
