Diodes Incorporated has introduced the APK43070Q, a highly integrated single-chip solution combining a synchronous buck controller with a USB Type-C PD3.1 source controller. Designed specifically for automotive applications, it simplifies the design of high-power USB charging ports while reducing component count and board space.
