Key Specifications

  • Models: NSM1011 (unipolar switch), NSM1012 (omnipolar switch), NSM1013 (bipolar latch)
  • Operating voltage: 2.7 V to 38 V (absolute max -20 V to +40 V)
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +150°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 0)
  • ESD protection: ±8 kV HBM
  • Built-in protections: Overcurrent, overtemperature, output short-circuit withstand
  • Packages: SOT23-3 and TO92S (compatible with mainstream products)

The devices support multiple switching points, output phases, normal and low-power modes, and temperature compensation for different magnet materials. They can be powered directly from low-voltage automotive batteries or through LDO regulators.

Target Applications

  • Automotive actuators and position sensing
  • Valve position detection
  • Gear shift and pedal position
  • Seat and mirror adjustment systems
  • Industrial position sensing

The NSM101x series provides high reliability, excellent robustness against automotive electrical stresses, and easy drop-in replacement in existing designs thanks to compatible packages and pinouts.
